This hydration source is great. I ran a 10 and 18 miles using this pack. It is light and carries a bunch of goo or fuel that I needed to continue running. The 1.5L bladder is more than enough for long runs in good weather. Even though it can hold a lot of stuff and water, it doesn’t feel like there’s any extra weight that I was carrying. Everything fits snug to your body so it doesn’t become an annoyance. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at getting a hydration pack, specifically for running.
